1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with XEYVPN services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for VPN account purchases and script license purchases.
2. VPN Account Refunds
Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 3 days of purchase
- Service is significantly different from what was advertised
- Persistent connection issues that our support team cannot resolve
- Accidental duplicate purchase (with proof of payment)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Request made after 3 days of purchase
- Account was used significantly (excessive bandwidth consumption)
- Account suspended due to Terms of Service violation
- Change of mind after successful activation
- Issues caused by your ISP or local network
3. Script License Refunds
Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Installation failed and our support team cannot resolve it
- License key was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
Not Eligible for Refund
- Request made after 7 days of purchase
- License has been activated and IP bound
- License revoked due to Terms of Service violation
- Failure due to unsupported operating system (check requirements before purchase)
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the scripts
4. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your XEYVPN Dashboard
- Go to Support → Submit Ticket
- Select category: Refund Request
- Include your order ID, payment proof, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time from your bank
- E-wallet refunds (Dana, OVO, GoPay) are typically processed within 1–2 business days
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or service credit based on the remaining unused time of your subscription. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
