1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XEYVPN services (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XEYVPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunneling services and script licensing services. Our services include:

• VPN account creation and management
• SSH, Xray (VMess/VLess/Trojan), WireGuard, SlowDNS, and OpenVPN tunneling
• Script licensing for self-hosted VPN server deployment
• Access to the XEYVPN client dashboard

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities under applicable law
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful software
• Sending spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Activities that infringe on the rights of others
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
• Redistribution or resale of the Service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Script Licensing

For users who purchase a script license:

• The license is non-transferable and bound to the registered account
• Each license is bound to the VPS IP address upon activation
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the compiled scripts
• License validity is based on the purchased plan duration
• IP migration is available through the client portal
• License abuse or sharing will result in immediate revocation

6. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions must be renewed manually before expiration
• We accept bank transfers, e-wallets, and other local payment methods
• All sales are subject to our Refund Policy

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

XEYVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
